Recruitment Process

If you are interested in applying for this job, please upload a short CV and answers to the following questions (no more than 10-20 sentences for each question) then copy and paste your answers in the cover letter field.
Your answers must be in English. Incomplete applications and applications written in French will not be considered!

1. We have many different programs on campus and not all of them have access to the same resources. One of the programs is very light in terms of resources compared to the others - but it is the least expensive program and startups knew what was offered when they registered. Still, they complain that this is not fair. How do you respond?

2. We have A LOT of events on campus - often top level speakers - but sometimes our startups don't attend the events. Why could this be? What would you do to ensure participation and make sure people know about and attend these great events?

3.We have over 700 people that are part of the Founders Program. How can we encourage peer-to-peer learning and make 700 people feel like a community?

4.Do you really love startups? Tell us about 3 startups you love and why.

5.In your opinion, what are 3 of the top startup programs or accelerators in the world? What makes these programs successful or unique?
